  I ordered an item from this seller early December for my son's birthday which was on 28th of January but the item never arrived. I contacted seller twice asking the whereabouts of my item but they never felt the need to reply me back. Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. No communications, no apologies and no refund so far. I had to contact ebay now for my refund. Buy from this seller on your own risk. Not recommending this seller to anyone as you will regret later.

  Unprofessional and doggy seller. Took money and never posted or replied to any mssges. Happy that I open case on ebay and got my refund. Do not recommend this seller.

  Poor Communication. Seller agreed to a special order and did not supply what I ordered. Failed to respond to me after several emails. Had to report to Ebay to get a response. Poor Customer Service. Didn't offer to supply what I ordered just a refund if I send the prints back or a 30% discount on something I don't need. Won't buy from them again.
