  Have recently purchased this and the seller had not paid the correct postage for the item and I’ve had to pay the difference for it to be delivered. Questioned this with the seller asking for a refund on the difference with no response to two messages. Product is as described just poor customer service.

  Good quality and value for money. My original order had got lost in transit, I messaged the seller who immediately offered to send out 2 replacement bottles. Would definitely recommend the seller

  Contacted the seller about them sending me the wrong item (3/4 of items ordered were at least half the size of what I paid for, clearly not the amount disclosed when I purchased them). Never heard back from the seller. Items seem okay quality but not good value for money and poor customer service considering I didn’t even get a response.

  Quick delivery. Arrived in envelope creased. Option was given for a tube but shouldn't have to pay extra to receive something uncreased

  Seller sent wrong item. They then claimed to send out a replacement but only a reference number was generated when the label was. No proof of postage. Seller then told me they'd issue a refund but didn't do so. Communication is very poor.

  Thank you for your feedback, this is not the real reason of what has happened. You have created a screenshot image of a conversation we didn't have. This customer received an order with tracking and eBay has dealt with the issue . Customer isn't happy with the result which is why the feedback.
