  Seller: great but DHL, the courier, left it in plain view on my doorstep yet marked it as 'signed for' (sent photo via their app). Spoke with DHL's head office who assured me that their 'NYN service' ensures a signature/hand-over to a person must be given. In this instance 'I' got lucky* effectively £180+ of my money in a box left prominently unattended. *DHL's online & tel.touch-points have by design omitted a route to report this of a delivery, in fact anything relevant as it's 'Delivered'! BS
