  The seller is very quick with communications and he sorts out any postage courier problems very quickly. Very easy to deal with and the parcels arrive quickly and are well packaged. He is very easy to deal with and the items listed are exactly what you get. Usually I get the items within 4 days of ordering. Will definitely buy again

  I have purchased trousers from hyannis (this seller) on a number of occasions and I have always been happy with the items I received. The trousers are good quality, the speed of delivery is great and the customer service is really so good. Only once did i experience a problem out of a number of purchases when the wrong leg length was sent over the busy xmas period. I contacted the sellar and the very same day I recieved a reply offering to rectify the problem free of charge. Highly recommended!

  The size stated was a size smaller, I would have sent it back, but stupidly I took off the labels. Also comms were non existent , messaged, with no reply, so not very happy with this purchase at all.

  The product hadn't arrived by the cut off date so after questioning the supplier, I was immediately reimbursed only to see the ordered item arrive a few days later. A few emails later and it was resolved.
