  Poor shipping methods….sent in box..causing item to a curve in it…it’s bent, I wait a several days..left out in sun on a flat surface…it doesn’t lay flat against car glass…seller offered $6 dollar refund….its not abt the money…its about customer satisfaction and craftsmanship….SMH..get your act together, don’t try to save money on shipping by using smaller box…if you’d use a proper box..this would have been a positive feedback …I’m been on EBay for 20 plus yrs..the quality has gone down

  Ordered the Lexus RX350 450h 2016-2022 Beige Leather Console Armrest Box Trim Holster. Received something completely different. The seller argued with me that it looks different because it wasn’t installed, but is a completely different item from what I ordered. I tried for 24 hours to contact someone at eBay to no avail! The seller said they would give me a full refund. They sent me a prepaid label that doesn’t work according to USPS and refuse to answer my emails advising them! BUYER BEWARE!
