The carrier has tried to deliver to my building twice, the second time after receiving detailed instructions from me on how to enter the building. When I’ve reached out to help them make the delivery, they claim they don’t have the package. The seller’s response was for me to go pick up from the carrier. That is an absolutely unacceptable answer. My order still has not arrived.
