  Fast shipping, well packaged electronic component. This vendor offered spontaneous excellent advice on my furnace issue, very helpful in getting my system up and running. Local shop advised me that the issue was the furnace control board, I think mainly trying to get me to commit to a new $20,000 system. Trusted HVAC Supply described the failure symptoms my system was having and gave me advice that helped me fix the system. The issue was the flame sensor, a $9 part. Thanks, Trusted HVAC Supply

  I really appreciate the professionalism from this seller. They asked me questions to see if the part I was purchasing was the issue! The product was packaged in three boxes in a sealed bag. The care to protect the shipment was amazing. The product looked like new and works like new! They also offer follow up and tech support. They will now be the first company I look for my HVAC parts.   Item as described great price fast shipping packaged well fast response time,great communication, haven't tried calling them to see if they help you with problems as they advertise but I'm sure they do everything else has been 100% accurate. Highly recomend seller, will definitely buy from again

  Came wrapped in perfect wrapping to protect it. Was in solid condition. Seller informed it was used but still works. It worked perfectly, fixed the problem. My previous board a Relay had died on it, so I now have heat again for the Winter. Seller throughout the process said if any issues to not hesistant to reach out to him. Very responsive and kind Couldn't be happier with the experience buying from him!
