  The seller did not respond to any communication. Sent 2 messages on eBay and one directly to Hurr customer service. No reply. Did not arrive in time for the event I wanted it for. However the dress itself is as described and it’s packaged well. Ok value.

  DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER! If I could leave no stars I would - I have paid for a dress and the seller cancelled with no contact or explanation or anything - I just had communication with eBay automatic response! Looking at other reviews, it appears that I am not the only one, with others not receiving items either - perhaps they are listing items that are not for sale and just taking money! I now have to wait several days for a refund. Save yourself the loss of money and bother!

  Item took much longer than advertised and finally came after 9 days since order, no communication at the beginning to suggest any changes and postage was very expensive for such a poor service - item is good but service and communication is not good
