  Very thoughtful seller. Items arrived neatly packaged in one bag, I ordered two lots from the seller and he sent them both together. The seller included a personalized note saying that he had recently moved and had misplaced one of the ties in one of the lots but the one he included was so nice that I honestly didn't mind. I mean, go to brooks brothers website and they want $100.00 a tie, which I wouldn't pay if I was rich but getting 10 ties for 60 bucks is a bargain in my book. Fast shipping.

  Seller shipped me a different dress than pictured. Honest mistake, so I wasn’t too bothered. But was also unwilling to work with me to send out the correct dress until the mistaken one was received back. I expect better customer service when an error has been made.

  I tried a few times to explain to the buyer, that Ebay had the dress she wanted listed as sold, and until I got the wrong one back, my hands were tied. I am sorry this happened, but I did my best to rectify my mistake.
