I purchased this picture back in July. I never received it but the seller says it was delivered on Sept 2nd. I have asked that the seller send me a proof of deliver with a pic instead they sent me a document that anyone could make up saying this item was delivered on Sept 2nd. If it was then where is it? I have NOT received it and I would like my money back. Feels like a scam to me.

The painting looks amazing, just like advertised. It look a couple of months to get it in the USA but well worth the wait.
