  Brand new pressure washer in unopened box was leaking oil bad. Seller had no way of knowing this. USPS sent the item to Puerto Rico instead of Florida, and it sat there for days. In the end, the seller worked with me, and assured me best thing is to wait it out. I received a full refund. Seller was very good to work with.

  Exactly as described. It's a Ryobi HP and that indicates a quality tool for me. Its condition was used but still a very good value. Shipping was as good as the USPS does these days as they have been losing things lately but that is not the fault of this seller. The item arrived just as the seller showed in the advertisement and its appearance matched the photos. Good seller that can be trusted.
