  The seller Hummelandsontoys sold me this GI Joe Collectors Club Sonic Fighters Amphibious Operations Lamprey Officer for a great price, but beyond that, they packaged up the mint on card figure thoroughly protected for transit across the States, shipped it out surprisingly quick and provided it in the condition pictured and as described! I would definitely consider buying from them again and highly recommend checking out their listings for all sorts of toy product! A+
