  Delivery was quick considering how far it had to travel. The condition is like new and in the original packaging. Considering the refurbished and 20% discount this monitor is a good price. The appearance is good and the quality is good. I’d recommend looking into refurbished items on eBay. They work like new and they’re warranty like new. I had several conversations with HuionCustomer Service and they were so friendly unhelpful.

  The item came in good condition with all components in the box. For a refurbished product it’s in great condition, only the box is a little dirty. It came in the wrong color though, but it’s okay because I like the color I received.

  Great seller! Condition and quality is really good for a refurbished product. Communication was excellent with quick response times. I was missing a cable when I received the item and they were able to send me one quickly, free of charge. I would recommend buying from this seller.

  The tablet I got was at a good price, along with the coupon that came with it. Shipping was fast, got it on April 21st! Looks great and feels new, even as a refurbished kit. The box was also intact when I got it in the mail; parts of the packaging (not the box) just had small tears because of shipping, but the box was still in good condition. Pristine condition, and I will be buying from this shop again.

  The tablet came within the timeframe, and everything so far looks good! The cable and drawing glove wasn t included in the package, but after contacting huion support they offered to send me the correct cable. Haven t tested the product yet because of that, but customer service was lovely and the product itself looks like it ll work just fine. :)

  Update: The seller reached out and will be sending a 3-in-1 cable to me! While I was initially upset that the cable didn't already come with the package, I'm glad huion's support team eventually responded, and apologized profusely for the delay. It was a pleasant and refreshing exchange. 💖✅

  Shipping was absurdly fast! I don’t think I’ve ever received a package in such little time. The item is really high quality and the packaging kept the pen safe as well. Brand new and absolutely worth the cost.
