  I had an unfortunate experience with the delivery company who lost my package but communications with the seller were excellent and the situation was resolved very quickly and without further issues. Excellent seller, would absolutely purchase from again.

  Screen delivered without power cable or stand. Contact with this seller was extremely poor, either terse one word answers or no response to concerns. Demanded pictures of delivery box, why I have no idea as if I was trying to get an extra stand/power cable I would have removed from the box. He seemed to think I was dishonest. Have purchased on ebay for over 20 years and always pay within minutes on bids/purchases(my record is 100%). Will never deal with this outfit again.
