  As advertised. Never received the order, but when I communicated that info to the seller, they responded "the item was delivered to the wrong address." They immediately shipped out another which I received in 2 days. Excellent customer service and communication.

  Seller was very quick in refunding my payment as item did not arrive when it was supposed to arrive. It did arrive today and I have contacted the seller and asked to be billed for the item. The package was secure and item as listed - in new and good condition.

  item chalk as described new but not completely full of chalk in bag, chalk in bag was flatted like a pancake when delivered, bags should have come in small box to have full chalk in bag, appearance not so great came in clear plastic bag smashed, value less than expected, quality ok but still less chalk than expected, came sooner than noted as being delivered, but item came from another location, ended delivered on time, seriously disappointed in product, price ok,

  The book show it was delivered by UPS. I called my neighbor. He says it was not there. I was out of I contacted the seller Excellent communication, excellent seller he immediately refunded me my money .. I was so impressed that almost never happens to me. Usually, the seller doesn’t refund my money or it’s a house, but this seller is AAAA+++++++ seller Very honest communication outstanding would highly recommend buying from him again and everyone else

  Seller made it right ( usps screwed up and said they delivered my item but sadly it was not delivered) seller ended up giving a refund and made it right thank you will work with seller again

  typical UPS experience.. they (UPS) claim I had the wrong tracking number. the usual half hour cluster trying to get to talk to a human,,, the UPS robots being absolutely useless... The seller communicated quickly and refunded my payment... I am most appreciative of these folks communication, and reaction, but, as far as UPS, another typical ups/eprey cluster... I try to avoid sellers who "Don't ship to PO boxes" for just this reason. I can't address any of the attributes of the product .
