    When it came it wasn’t like the pictures, very uneven filling. Messaged seller and got a reply immediately and was resolved with a part refund. Great customer service

    Bit disappointed with the customer service. they don't seem to care less about any problems. mattress topper arrived in a filthy ripped zipped holder which wasn't wrapped ( people I think use the zipper holder afterwards) with just the label stuck on that. when I told them about it their reply was 'what do you want us to do about it' I don't think its my place to tell them as they should have offered to replace the zipper bag. so would not use them again, and would definitely not recommend them.

    Can't thank this seller enough , the courier made a hash of my first order delivery , it was quickly sorted . I ordered a second lot and it was here in days . Excellent service and fleeces are top quality . Well worth using this seller . Highly recommend 👌 xx

    Hi there. I'm sorry to have to send this feedback as I'm aware it's not your fault, but the Evri delivery driver, abandoned the package on my doorstep whilst I was at work (they sent photographic proof of this) and by the time I got home, the package was gone. I have sent a message to Evri also and am trying to find out who the delivery person is but is there anything you can do please? I'd really appreciate any help as I've been left with nothing to show for my order :(
