  I was very excited when I saw my discontinued flatware patter for sale, as I am missing all my teaspoons during a reno. I thought I was ordering the teaspoons, and when they arrived (VERY quickly!) I discovered they were *soup* spoons (in great condition). I contacted Michael, and he was very quick to offer to take back the spoons, which he didn't have to do. I was so grateful for his understanding. I will definitely look at his items again!
