  Shipping was excessive seeing how they were shipped in just a plastic bag/envelope. They could’ve easily fit & shipped in a usps flat rate envelope with the same “protection” so that felt like a money grab but the product itself is just as described and I’m overall pleased with my purchase.

  After waiting seven days to receive my order, it finally arrived today. I was shocked to see it poorly packaged in just a thin plastic bag and wondered why I'd been charged $25 for shipping. When I opened the package, I found that it was missing a set of hairpins. I'm so disappointed as I was looking forward to setting my hair with the new rollers and pins. I contacted the seller and am waiting to hear back for a resolution. I'll update my review when I do.

  I purchased my first set of rollers and the order label created and shipped quickly. I placed 2d order and I emailed to exchange the 2d order from the smallest size rollers to the next size and no problem. But I received no confirmation for the new order and it did not ship for days so I contacted seller and received no response. Then I asked to cancel the 2d and no response, but the order was suddenly shipped. Things that make you go hmmm. Rollrers do not adhere to wet hair as described

  The shipping was very expensive for 3packs of rollers that weighed less than a pound. The rollers arrived in 5days in plastic bag. I will update when I use the product.
