  After my order was placed on 26 February, I had an email confirming the order at 13:31, then another email at 22:42 saying it had been dispatched. I was then advised on 3 March that they had cancelled the order as when they contacted the supplier the item had been discontinued. However, a refund was made straight away. Having gone from being impressed by the speedy dispatch, I was disapointed that they were selling an item that they did not have in stock. The speedy refund was appeciated.

  This card kit arrived quickly, in plenty of time for me to make for a friend's birthday. I hope this sparkle art card will be the perfect introduction to the large diamond art pictures, which I find a little daunting. The card kit was as described and well packaged.
