This item was shipped by the seller. It was sent to the next location by USPS, and received by that location. After that there was no information shown by USPS. I, and the seller, contacted USPS and it seemed to be lost in the mail. The seller contacted me and requested that I wait until the post office tried to locate the item. I agreed, and after a few days there was no information about the item. The seller refunded me the money in full! Very efficient seller.👍

Kettle was packaged perfectly in bubble wrap. Received in perfect condition. Shipping was faster than expected. Kettle was in perfect condition, all of product looks beautiful and is just as described being of perfect value. I will definitely do business with HootyPooters again.
