  Seller didn't have Silver color, told me immediately, gave me other options & was able cancel no hassle/fees. Shipping would have been just as fast! I'm sure they would pack with great care. Description matches (purchased DF-117 from other seller) Unreal value for the price, top quality. Nice & heavy for the size - shake it & nothing moves or makes noise. Lovely smooth quiet flow when lit any strength, no hissing or harshness. Newport makes some wicked torches. Thanks Motor City Vibes!

  The item that arrived, while wrong, was well packaged. The seller took care of the wrong item fast and immediately shipped out the correct items. Excellent communication by the seller who did everything they could make sure the transaction went smoothly. I would do business with again.

  All good. Only complaint is that they arrived in bulk in a plastic bag, not in a protective box or anything like the auction photos show.

  Finally received the shredder and it’s exactly what I ordered and recipient was very happy with it! Once Joey started communicating with me as to what was going on and having to reorder, etc, delivery and all worked out fine. Seller DOES CARE! He even gave me a discount since it had taken longer than normal to receive. Just letting customer know status helps a bunch ! Thank you again for getting it to me and for putting up with me bugging you so much!

  Motor city vibes is a great seller. I purchased the maven alter thought I had an issue with it and he was very quick to reply and offer to replace the one I have within seconds of me contacting him. Didn’t need to replace it after all but will definitely be using them again. Five star.
