  One of the better online purchase experiences in some time - DJ was incredibly responsive, helpful with meaningful answers to my questions, taking the time out of his travels to respond to each of my queries.   I originally ordered a TaylorMade golf bag, but unfortunately, it had already been sold and I received a different bag by mistake. When I reached out, the seller responded right away, apologized sincerely, and made it right by issuing a credit and even sending Pro V1 balls as a gesture of goodwill.
