I asked them to submit a claim they said they would. I contacted the shipper, the shipper said contact the vendor. The damage included a damaged parts box that sent hardware everywhere. The one part I need, a hydraulic fitting, I cannot get because it is an oddball metric size. go somewhere else, buy a different lift. The quality and service here sucks
