No damage on the product, just slight discoloration on the packaging (not an issue). As for the seller, I made mistakes such as providing the wrong address TWICE. Despite this, my messages were answered quickly and I felt genuinely taken care of. Shipped to the U.S. with no issues as well. As a college student in my late teens, I was nervous about buying this, but I have zero regrets and can’t recommend the seller enough.
