  The item itself came in brand new condition as far as I could tell. No damage on the product, just slight discoloration on the packaging (not an issue). As for the seller, I made mistakes such as providing the wrong address TWICE. Despite this, my messages were answered quickly and I felt genuinely taken care of. Shipped to the U.S. with no issues as well. As a college student in my late teens, I was nervous about buying this, but I have zero regrets and can’t recommend the seller enough.

  Item was listed as "used" but, aside from superficial wear, the original packaging, accessories, and item itself were in near perfect condition. When asked for pictures of the product, the seller sent pictures that were clear and accurate to what I was buying. Responsive seller that communicated throughout the purchasing process. For an item that is hard to find nowadays it was reasonably priced and I couldn't be happier. Great product and great seller, would purchase from again!

  Item received in perfect condition, better than I even expected for "used". Definitely matched the 99% new description. Great price for the condition. Everything was well packaged, clean, arrived with no damage and everything listed was present. Seller is very responsive, friendly, and made the entire purchasing pleasant and went above and beyond. One can definitely purchase from Honesound with full trust.

  SMSL SU-10 DAC open box. Arrived in original packaging with correct accessories and in new condition. Shipping time from Canada to California was great and the cost very reasonable.
