  I asked the seller to package my item carefully for shipment. Seller packaged my $360.00 photograph taped against the wall of a Priority Mail Box without any other stiff cardboard on each side of the photo. The box arrived severely crushed. Luckily the photo was not damaged. When I brought this to the attention of the seller, they said they thought they had protected the item carefully enough. I was in shock! The only reason I am not leaving a negative feedback is the photo was not damaged.

  My book arrived this afternoon. Thank you for the excellent packing. The book's pages are so fragile, but it arrived intact. It is exactly what I ordered. It was a book well used and loved. Thank you again. The patterns are beautiful and I am looking forward to creating them.
