  Excellent seller for punctuality, precision in the description of the item on ebay and accuracy in the packaging for shipping. I received the item I ordered on September 21, 2024, today 08/10/2024 while the expected delivery date was supposed to be Wednesday 13 Nov. He was really super punctual and correct.   The item did not perform as expected, but the seller did make returning the item simple. I currently have another device, which is actually defective, and I requested to return, but that seller is sending screenshots of a return label to me, which the post office cannot use. Then, offered a 15% refund, because they know the item is defective and simply want to unload it on me.. so I appreciate of seller who's willing to participate and to be accountable for their part.   The item was delivered very quickly. It was a disappointment to find the supporting pole (shown in all photos) is not included. I have not as yet been able to source a pole so the item remains untested
