  The first parcel was lost by the courier, but seller was very quick to respond to my email and quickly dispatched a replacement that was safely delivered. Item as described, well packaged. Thank you very much!

  Item received in poor state not the sellers fault as it was adequately packed by them and are good sellers I would recommend but the package was more or less destroyed by yodel it was a late delivery and the box and contents had been severely squashed to the extent that the inner packaging was flattened only the robustness of the items ( two bottles of shampoo ) saved the day and luckily didn't split not very impressed with yodel at all ,shame for the seller who was badly let down by them

  Well packaged and speedy despatch. Wrapped in double bubble wrap and inside a cardboard box with foam cushioning. Courier kept me informed through the tracking. Highly recommend this seller and the courier they use. Thanks ti all for great service.

  Item was well packaged and contents arrived in good condition. Quality of item is also good and I'm very pleased with it. Had an issue with the Courier Service but Seller was very helpful when I contacted him. Very pleased with his response and the issue has been resolved.
