  Quickly delivered and print arrived in a board backed envelope for protection. Disappointingly the description was lacking. The impression given is the size of print would be 300mm x 220mm, it is with the print boarders, but the image size is 190mm x180mm. Why is this not stated in the description?

  Slow to dispatch, only received two parcels, one consisting of 17 tiles, the other consisting of 20 tiles, overall 37 tiles received. Listing stated that 12 tiles per purchase, purchased 10 in expecting 10 boxes of 12 tiles to arrive which was expecting 120 tiles, instead I get 37 tiles unboxed in 2 packages wrapped in plastic. misleading description within listing. Some tiles were damp, a couple were grubby.
