  Non-Metallic chrome faucet with sprayer-brand new product. Shipping was good. I had ordered wrong faucet by mistake and I reached out to the seller and the seller offered me a partial refund and told me to keep faucet. I accepted their offer. I will probably donate to charity. I would order from this seller again.

  Product was delivered and in exact condition as advertised. This was tool only, so I am using my existing GreenWorks batteries, and it operates perfectly. It could have been packed better in the shipping box but luckily there was no damage. I would definitely trust this seller for additional purchases

  The seller was great!! Item was as described, price was right, and shipping was fast. Like most manufacturers, though, Moen has replaced a lot of their metal components with cheap plastic ones. The showerhead looks and works fine, but this seller has it posted on eBay for what it should probably sell for in a sealed package.

After a brief exchange about the circumstances, the seller agreed to immediately send me, free of charge, a similar faucet. I was told not to return the original since replacement parts were unavailable. Mistakes happen, and it's a sign of a good merchant when they stand behind what they sell and back them up by making good on any shortcomings.

  I received my craftsman batteries and charger today brand new not opened in its original packaging just as the seller described. Definitely recommend, I will purchase from this business again in the future.
