  Product was damaged during shipping unfortunately. Not the sellers fault. The Delta packaging was a box without compartments to protect the parts. Later models of this packaging by Delta included protective compartments for each part so the parts couldn't bang into each other during shipping. Anyway, seller was honest and very cooperative and accepted the return.

  Kickplate arrived with factory defect. Seller denied this and told Ebay we sent back a used kickplate, a complete fabrication. Ebay decided in our favor for complete refund, the seller refused to cooperate, Ebay sent back the entire refund. I would stay away from this seller, they are very dishonest. Thank for Ebay having our back.
