  Very responsive and easy to interact with. The bench I bought came broken, but it looks like it had been broken before and FedEx wasn’t really gentle with it. The seller offered a full refund despite it not being their fault that it was broken. Also, I think the bench can be fixed, so it’s not a big deal. Would highly recommend ordering from them especially if you like unique or antique items.

  The framed needlepoint was very well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. The description and photos were right on, but the colors and composition are even better in real ilife. It was very fairly priced for the condition and workmanship that went into it. Shipping was Fed Ex with whom I've had good experience, so I'm OK with the cost. A great find! I'm very pleased with this purchase.
