The item arrived as described and in good packaging but the seller took longer than 10 days to ship the item, which was a little annoying. Hence, the neutral experience. As far as value goes, I think the price was fair considering the item I purchased is unique and is nowhere to be found in the United States.

Have not yet received this item three weeks later. Contacted seller asking why it was never shipped. Seller apologized and later responded that it was shipped and provided a tracking number via fed ex that fed ex does not show as a good tracking number.
