  The original item arrived quickly and was well packaged. However, the Funko pop was damaged (Licht Sword/Hand was broken off). Contacted the seller, and they quickly advised that a new Funko would be shipped. The seller is polite and responds quickly. The new Funko Pop arrived within days, well packaged. The quality of the item is excellent. The value for the item is a win. The funko appearance is in mint condition. I am super happy with my purchase and I recommend this shop 💯

  Item was well packed, and shipped quick. Matches description, though not quite what I was expecting as there are apparently two print runs of this model. Seller did not advertise as wrong print run though

  The quality and condition of this Funko Pop is incredible! It arrived with no damages and was well-protected with bubble wrap, and once unboxed, looks exactly like the photos. Monoma now resides on my desk shelves- fits right in with all my other Funko Pops.
