  They were so quick to respond back and the miniatures are perfect! Exactly like the picture shown! They were bubble wrapped, so they were safe in the box. I think they were wrapped 3 times in bubble wrap then bubble wrap on top and bottom. The American side of the postal service lost the package half way around the world, but it showed up and they were quick to respond with helping me! It was a great value for the money!

  Ordered Monday 13.1.25 in the morning and dispatched the same day carefully wrapped in a protective rigid plastic tube, inside a letterbox sized box and a plastic mailer - brilliant! Much appreciated! Delivered by Royal Mail really quickly on Wednesday 15.1.25. Item as described and good value. 🙂

  Amazing customer service! I’ve purchased several items from this seller in the past with super quick delivery. This time, one of the oval miniature bases had been broken in the post. I messaged them and they got back to me straight away. They apologised (even though they weren’t at fault) and sent 2 replacements which arrived next day.

  Great price for this set of quality brushes. They arrived in great condition exactly what was pictured on the sellers listing. My only issue I had with this was the US customs which delayed shipping combined with the USPS that likes to send things all over before finally getting to your door. I cannot fault the seller for them. Great seller things were package and sent timely by them.

  What's not to like, its my second time coming to hobby heaven, first I found you online for the fortunate sons miniature set, best value around and really fast delivery now I found you on Ebay got the starter paint ordered it on the 7th in the early hour sof the morning and it's just arrived now, very well wrapped, and within a day on my doors step, you can't beat that I'm chuffed to bits and will be a returning customer, to all the team at hobby heaven, thankyou and see you all again soon,
