Throughout the process, we maintained open communication to keep you informed and reassured. We clearly explained that your refund would be processed once eBay completed their procedure. Royal Mail is responsible for the delivery, and we rely on their service. Since you provided them the incorrect address, the item was not returned to us, which has further complicated the situation.
