I immediately contacted the sender and explained what happened, I did tell him I know this is not his fault however this is for a gift. He responded immediately and apologized and asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. I wanted a replacement and he shipped it out the next day. I just received it early in the week in excellent condition. I will recommend the seller to anyone.
