  Delivery of the item was great and timely. However, we had ordered the wrong item, and it need to be returned. That was very difficult. The shipper supplied a return address that was illegible, and I needed more than one request to decipher. When I took it to the FedEx store, the staff took 15 minute and their customer service staff to figure out exactly where it was going. I am still not positive I got it right. Triple check to make sure the items are correct, to avoid what I went through.

  Excellent seller. You truly find the great sellers when things don't work out as planned. There was a problem with the module and seller worked with us to verify that the module was not working properly. Seller stood behind their sale and refunded the money and took care of shipping to return. Though it did not work as expected I have found a great seller that I can trust. Trust is key to all parts of life.
