  This chair was ‘as new’ but was far cheaper than a new one. Good comms re delivery by Evri. Arrived in a couple of days. The box was a bit battered but that was expected. Upon building the chair, which takes about ten mins I noticed the back panel had come unstitched slightly. This was not mentioned in description, but to be fair unless the chair was unboxed they would not know. I notified the seller who answered within minutes and was very apologetic and I accepted a partial refund. Thanks !!

  Definitely NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE ❌❌❌❌❌⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️, box arrived damaged and glass was smashed 😡, seller office not working until 2026!!!! Not answering and not refunded. Definitely BAD seller!!!!!!!❌⛔️

  Received the 2 floor metal playpen yesterday, great product, as described and packaged well. Slight delay with postage caused by the courier not the seller however the seller was very helpful with resolving the issue, many thanks great seller and excellent value for money. Would highly recommend this seller

  Not many pictures of the actual item. Package arrives and on box set 1 item? but actually two inside... took two weeks to get here so most probably coming from China, but it sais from UK

  Item as described, shoe boxes stated as being x display but despite this in good condition. Price was reduced because of this. Easy to put together. Arrived quickly and well packed.
