  Product listed as used but it came new in original packaging with no signs of wear. 10/10 condition. Saved $250 off retail price of the monitor. Seller stated the item would be shipped within 24 hours and would arrive in 4 days but the item took 4 days just to ship out and 9 days to arrive. Could have been a little faster hence the $66 shipping cost but besides that I had no issues and would definitely recommend the seller. 👍

  Amazing seller. Item was described perfectly. Well worth the money for this item. Item was delivered very quickly and the sellers communication was awesome. The item was also packed very well. I give many props to the seller for the way the item was packaged. I would definitely do business again with this seller.   HiteX store has been really great to work with , they are super helpful and very polite, item arrived four days after I had placed the order extremely quick shipping, the item did arrive with a little bit of damage due to miss handling from UPS most of it’s noticeable to the naked eye and only purely cosmetic. The monitor screen works perfectly as advertised.  the monitor was shipped in the original OEM box with all the original Styrofoam. And was neatly packed. Hands-down, a great value

  The item was packaged fairly well, but could have had more padding around the item for stability. The antenna was broken when it arrived, but the seller compensated me for that damage. I think for the cost of shipping it could have been packaged better given that the original box did not provide much support for the item. Besides the antenna, the device arrived as described and the purchase price was a great value for the product. Very responsive seller who is willing to help you out!

  Shipping was fast and the item was packaged well. The seller was quick to respond to messages. The micro SD card was missing, but other than that, the item was exactly as described. The seller responded with an offer to do a partial refund and apologized for the inconvenience. Seller seemed like they wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Great experience, would definitely buy from again in the future!

  Fantastic Experience! Item was in perfect working order and exactly as described in the listing. The seller was also super understanding and fast with responses. I ended up accidentally selecting the wrong shipping address twice in a purchase (yes twice somewhow) and the seller was super understanding both times and let me cancel it to eventually put the correct one it. Overall, great seller, great product at a great price. Would buy from them again 👍
