  The item was packaged fairly well, but could have had more padding around the item for stability. The antenna was broken when it arrived, but the seller compensated me for that damage. I think for the cost of shipping it could have been packaged better given that the original box did not provide much support for the item. Besides the antenna, the device arrived as described and the purchase price was a great value for the product. Very responsive seller who is willing to help you out!

  Very punctual with responses, and offered a refund when the package came damaged & missing hardware. It wasn't there fault, so the refund was very much appreciated, shipped in a timely manner, although the shippers were poor. It came as the listing described, and despite the delivery driver sucking, the package was well wrapped and secured so nothing was broken. Great value, recommend seller for sure

  Product listed as used but it came new in original packaging with no signs of wear. 10/10 condition. Saved $250 off retail price of the monitor. Seller stated the item would be shipped within 24 hours and would arrive in 4 days but the item took 4 days just to ship out and 9 days to arrive. Could have been a little faster hence the $66 shipping cost but besides that I had no issues and would definitely recommend the seller. 👍

  Shipping was fast and the item was packaged well. The seller was quick to respond to messages. The micro SD card was missing, but other than that, the item was exactly as described. The seller responded with an offer to do a partial refund and apologized for the inconvenience. Seller seemed like they wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Great experience, would definitely buy from again in the future!

  It arrived well packaged and exactly as pictured, their description of stick drift was strange but not extremely obscure (only reason i knocked a star off for description amd communication, when i asked to get some clarification they responded very quickly i just wasn't able to be 100% sure if they ment the joystick itself was physically stuck or it just had drift, the stick looked normal in the pics so i was leaning more towards drift and i was right). Will buy from them again in the future.

  Great quality. As described! Condition was great. I got a great price on this, I was looking at others but this quality is much better. im genuinely willing to buy from this seller again! I will say it shipped 4 days late but I did order the day before the 4th of July I am not disappointed in this purchase at all. Well packaged! It says used but i believe it was just open box!
