They let me know immediately when they'd ship and how long it'd take. The books came to me within the expected time frame and were packaged nicely.   Packaged perfectly, no issues with quality, perfect condition, definitely worth the price even with the shipping cost, it’s still decent price considering import pricing. Book looks beautiful and packaged nicely for safekeeping and displaying. The seller was really cooperative as I believe it had untracked shipping, but they reassured me in case there were any issues with the conditon upon arrival.

The books are brand new, great print quality, vibrant covers — immaculately packaged! Hisae is such a great seller — they offered a discount for the combined shipment and helped clear the delay at the post office.
