  I am honestly unsure how to rate this. This is the second time an item has arrived damaged. FedEx refused to refund me because they thought there was a problem with the packaging. I believe it should be the carrier's fault if the item is damaged during shipping no matter how it was packaged, and because of that, I donot put any blame on the seller.👍
