  we tried to work this out with Hilton machine as we need a 1 hp motor and the one we receive is a 1/2 hp motor and it doesn't fit. We spoke with Hilton machine and said we are willing to pay more money to get the correct motor. He replied saying he would be losing money due to the high fees to sell on eBay and shipping cost to send the correct motor. He said he would be in the negative by the time they refunded and shipped the correct 1 HP motor we need. Thank you.

  Buyer ordered a 1/2 hp motor for a Bridgeport M head machine and received a 1/2 hp motor for a Bridgeport M head machine. The machine they have is apparently not a M head machine which is why the motor they purchased from us did not fit. We tried to help the buyer find the correct motor for their machine but explained we were unable to allow a return for an item purchased incorrectly on their behalf due to costly shipping expenses and eBay fees. I do not feel this feedback is warranted.
