  Well packed and came brand new as described. Unfortunately delivery took 7 days to arrive though it states first class postage is used which cannot be correct information. However all questions were answered via messages with good communication.

  I couldn’t be happier with this purchase! The steelbook arrived in absolutely perfect condition, carefully packaged, and super quickly. Hill Valley was fantastic—super friendly, great at communicating, and even worked with me on the price, which I really appreciated. It’s clear they care about their buyers, and I’d 100% recommend them to anyone. I’d gladly buy from them again in a heartbeat!

  Excellent seller item as described and perfectly packaged to prevent any damage in the post. The seller is a darling as he gave me a discount and upgraded my postage so the gift arrived in time for my friends birthday.   There was no need for any communication so can't make comment on that but the purchase was nice and easy, delivery was actually quicker than advised which was great and the product is exactly as described, haven't played any of the films yet but everything looks in top condition so I have no concerns so far. The bluray was well packaged and the price was a winner as what I've paid for 4 films matches what the original best of the best costs on its own on some sites, great value. Happy customer

  Item was dispatched a day late but arrived quickly enough for me. It was packaged very well in a suitably sized box with sufficient bubble wrap to protect it. The item itself looked just as shown and described; I've already watched everything on the disc and it all played perfectly. The price was a bit higher than what I think its true value is but, as evident from my purchasing, I didn't find it completely unreasonable. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase!
