  First time I have bought from this seller and I have been really impressed. There was an issue with the guitar that arrived at my door as my order got mixed up with someone else’s, but I must say, the issue was dealt with extremely quickly and the person that I dealt with could not have been more helpful. The correct guitar was delivered to me yesterday and it is superb! The quality of the build, the set up, and it looks absolutely beautiful! Great value. Will buy from them again.

  Guitar arrived today, its very nice, took 17 days to arrive. The listing shows white edging on the neck, this did not . Overall happy with guitar, and set up is pretty good straight out of box. Might buy from supplier again. Thanks

  Did not send what was advertised. 3 way selector switch was broken. Sell stated I got what I paid for. Guitar was not new. Guitar was not Scalloped as advertised. Seller wouldn’t take a return as advertised and no replacement offered. Turned my complaint over to my credit card company to deal with. I haven’t got time to argue with someone who now speaks broken English and complains that what they posted isn’t what they actually meant.

  Purchased two customized guitars starting in November and had difficulty with communication and ultimately needed eBay to step in to rectify the situation on no movement of guitars. Customer stated that they changed hands and had issues, but the last straw was on the original guitar which was supposed to be started in November never even got shipped out even though they said it did and showed it to be shipped March 10th. Do not trust them as they will lie and gladly take your money.
