Although the description listed them as "splatter", they were absolutely not; they were as much splatter as plain paper targets. When he contacted the seller, he was told the description was a mistake. Don't be fooled. If you want true splatter targets at a very reasonable price, buy from this ebay seller.

This item comes in two separate packages. The package that contains plates and chains was the one that was damaged. Stand package arrived in perfect condition. One bag of chains and hardware was lost in transit. I contacted seller and they shipped chains and hardware kit with no hassle. Great quality and great customer support. Very happy with purchase .

But they said they were in contact with USPS. After a couple of days with no contact I opened a case with eBay, then the seller shipped immediately and gave me a new tracking number as the old one expired. I ordered June 28th and just received the item on July 15th. I don’t recommend this seller unless you want to babysit them.
