  Here's why this seller is great: the books are always as described; the communication is always friendly and super-helpful; the books are always carefully packaged (in proper sturdy cardboard book boxes); they are always posted quickly; delivery is with Royal Mail (a huge bonus for someone like me who lives in a very rural area where couriers don't deliver) and you're buying from a small business who actually care about their customers.
