  Shipped and delivered quickly in a surprisingly sturdy plastic box/case/carrier thing, listed as used but was of excellent quality and at a great price! (So I guess that counts as better than described in the listing?) Anyway, thanks a bunch!

  When the vendor accidentally sent the wrong product, he quickly refunded my money and did not demand we go through the hassle or returning what he had sent (which judging by the price on Amazon was actually more valuable than what we ordered.) To me that was a very professional response, which I appreciate. Especially since I am kind of busy at the moment taking care of my mom's bed sores. I would have returned it, but I am glad to not have to bother.

  Item arrived quickly and in good condition as described, but was sent in an old shoe box that was not the most firm box. Would recommend using a stronger cardboard box with more internal cushioning and writing fragile all over the box next time.
