  Phone was in excellent condition but was not unlocked, quite the opposite, it was locked by the provider which was not as advertised. Seller issued a return label and was in timely communication. Took a lot longer that expected to get a refund, but all in all, seller made it right and all is good!!! I honestly would recommend this seller just because the of the communication.

  I got the Moto G Play from them but they offer other devices, but the G Play came as described, B Grade, and the price was good! Its and amazing phone, and they did a good job answering my questions, they are prepayed phones, but it works with Metro (my carrier) and I came fast! Only a week and it was shipped first day! I would recommend them, very happy with the phone!!

  This seller is very professional, and quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely buy from them again in the future. Shipping was fast to and from. I didn't quite get my issue sorted out, but they helped me the best they could with any questions throughout my experience with them. I got my refund. The only issue I was having was the phone I ordered wasn't compatible with my SIM card. Other than that, I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

  Item was exactly as described arrived late seller printed a shipping label and waited almost a week before actually shipping seller tried to say that the package was lost and they shipped a replacement yet the tracking number never changed and tracking information showed that it was a week after the shipping label was created before the package was in the possession of the shipping company
